The Ballet Minnie Tutu

Here is her Pumkin Tutu Dress-

Here is a quick bio from Jennifer-
"Hi! I started making Halloween costumes for myself while in college (Ariel was my first). I began making tutus before our second trip to Disney World when my middle daughter wanted to be Ariel and I couldn’t find anything in the stores that I liked. I was hooked, we had several princesses and Minnies with us that trip! The attention they got inspired me to create for other little princesses. I have several Disney inspired princesses and traditional Halloween themed tutus. I have started designing winter and holiday tutus for portraits. Some of my most popular tutu occasions are birthdays, weddings, and every day dress up!!! I love working with individuals to create the perfect dress for their little Princess!!!"

Okay, so how do you enter:
Please go to 3LittlePrincessTutus and look around. Come back here and comment on which one you would like AND let Jennifer know if there is something there you would like to see! AND if you post this contest on your blog AND link back to me, you will recieve a 2nd entry! The contest Deadline is Weds. 8/27/08 at 12pm PST!!

I'm so impressed by how beautiful these Disney-inspired tutus are. I can't choose a favorite, although I think I'm slightly partial to the Snow White one. A couple of suggestions for Jennifer...

one: be careful about using the Disney name. They are very litigious; they don't mind coming after he little guy. It's a shame. Maybe be sure you always say Disney-inspired?

two: I'd love to see some tutus in a size smaller than 12 mo.

They are all just too cute, I know both of my daughters would go ga ga over them all! I think I'm leaning towards the Cinderella one though.

I would like to see some bigger sizes than a 6 (my oldest wears a 7/8 right now) and I know she would love to have one. And sizes smaller than 12 months would be great too (I have lots of friends with little baby girls, and who knows maybe I'll talk my husband into having another one! LOL!) Would also like to see maybe Jasmine inspired constume. But anyways, they are all absolutely adorable!

Elliot would probably have fits if she saw these! I love the Belle one!

Shelly said...

Love both the Belle and Cinderella ones (but would need straps for my belle). I don't have an etsy account so you can tell her the my idea would be a "fairies" theme from the Disney up and coming movie Faieries. Especially Tinkerbell. Bella loves Tink!

They all are so beautiful! I really like the Cinderella one. Have you thought of making doll size ones to match? Just an idea!

The Cinderella inspired Corset and tutu set is gorgeous! Thank you for the giveaway!

My daughter really liked the 'Belle' inspired Tutu. Though they were all quite lovely. As far as suggestions go I think Flower themes could work well. Daisies, Tulips, and Sunflowers to name a few.

Given my daughter's absolute fascination with Cinderella, I have to say the Cinderella corset tutu is my favorite. I would love to see a simple, ballerina-inspired tutu, perhaps attached to a fancy leotard. We are collecting a bunch of dressup clothes for my wee one, and we have yet to find a ballerina costume we can't live without. I think 3LittlePrincessTuTus can definitely change that :) email: jennae at greenyourdecor dot com

Oh my gosh, there were so many that I liked! My favorite is the minni tutu dress. But I also love the green and white colors together in one of the other tutu dresses. Cant think of anything else I'd add, and its wonderful she will do custom orders so when someone does need something specific, they can get exactly what they want. Thanks!

I love these tutus! My favorite is the Alice-inspired blue one. My daughter loves 101 Dalmations, so I thought a white tutu with big black spots and red ribbon would be adorable. Maybe in small sizes for young girls, like my toddler, who haven't yet been swept up in the Disney princess mania.

I love the Ariel inspired one. What a neat idea! There isn't anything else I can think of that I'd like to see, though. Maybe one inspired by the new Enchanted movie? She had a big poofy white dress.

I like the Salmon Princess Ballet Tutu. My daughter likes to be fancy but pants are so much more practical for play so a pairing would be a great compromise! Thanks!

The Christmas/Santa one is really cute.

What I would like to see - ones that are more flowing from the waste (as opposed to higher up) and less tutu. Several that I thought were really cute looked like the tutu part started at their neck. Does that make sense?

SECAVEN said...

my little girl would just love the "cinderella" or "alice" tutu. they would make her feel very special in her very special dress.
