This past weekend we happily jumped in the car to visit Apache Junction's Goldfield Mine. We had a wonderful time riding the train. A not so wonderful time on the mine tour, where Alexander and Britton kept crying because they were scared. I almost thanked the tour guide out loud when, knowing our boys and one other little boy were scared, he turned out the lights in the mine. Maybe he doesn't have children or just thought our children were so annoying that it would be funny. Who knows? The boys then enjoyed some yummy ice cream(bribery) and we had a quick walk(two tired boys and a hungry infant so I mean quick) around the town and headed home. Overall it was a good time, with wonderful sunny weather and the beautiful Superstition Springs mountains. Here are some pictures of our day!(sorry not my usual wonderful photo editing but my free trial of LightRoom expired but I get back on my birthday)

Cute! I'm thinking we need to get our boys together sometime! I'd also love to chat about all things photography. Are you free in the next few weeks? Maybe? :) You still have my email, right? Drop me an email sometime when you are free and we can make a plan (if you want!) :)
